    So glad you asked! Basically, our website got a facelift. We've made the course catalog easier to navigate, improved the overall navigation of our site, and added some pertinent information to your account page to keep you up-to-date. The new site serves the same function as the old one, but now it's a lot prettier.

    We're always committed to improving, and our new site is a big step forward. We've worked hard to become the best in our industry, and we wanted a website that would convey that and be a joy to use for you, our customer. The guts of the site are untouched, but the look and feel are vastly improved. We hope you enjoy!

    No way! We have the same awesome management team, and the only thing that's changed about the company is that we have a more functional and spiffy new website.

    Absolutely not. Courses will load the same as they did on our old site.

    Nope! Courses look and function exactly how they did on our old site.


  • Will this affect my renewal at all?

    Nope! All of our courses available in your state's catalog remain in the same status they were on our old site. If they were approved for your renewal, they still are. Your course completions will still be reported to your state, if required.


  • Are your courses still approved for my renewal?

    Are your courses still approved for my renewal?

    Yes! While the site has changed, the courses have not. Anything approved for our old site is still approved for our new one.


  • What if I am currently in the progress of taking a course?

    Our new site will not effect any courses you have purchased, or are currently taking. You can access them at any time through your account, just like on the old site.

    Yes! All of your course records have been saved and your account will continue to show your past courses with us.

    Click "Log In" in the top-right corner of the homepage. Enter your login credentials and voilà! You're in your account page, where all of the magic happens.

    Yes! Everything from your account has been carried over from the old site, so you don't need to worry about any free trial or course progress not having been saved.

    We are open 7 days a week via phone, email, and instant chat. Our hours of operation are Monday – Friday: 6:00AM – 8:00PM MST and Saturday and Sunday: 8:00AM – 5:00PM MST. Courses are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

    There are several ways to retrieve your login information.

    • You can access the registration email that was sent to you when you created your account. Your login information was included in this email.
    • On the ‘Student Log In’ page, you can select the ‘Forget Your Password?’ link and enter in the email address associated with your account. This will generate an email to the email address we have on file with your password.
    • You can contact our Customer Support team to obtain that information. Click here to obtain our contact information.

  • How do I sign up for courses?

    How do I sign up for courses?

    There are two ways to sign up for our courses:

    • Order online: You may go through the purchase process directly online. Select the state you are licensed in to access the course catalog page. Then select the course/package that best fits your needs and proceed through the checkout process. If you are licensed in multiple states, you can purchase additional certificates by selecting the plus (+) sign next to the course name. We will then have you login to your account (if you are an existing student) or have you create an account (if you are a new student). The last step in the process is to enter your credit card information and submit the order.
    • Order via phone: You may contact our Customer Support team at 888.827.0777 and sign up with us over the phone.
